Assessment and Examination​

Your first appointment will involve a thorough assessment and examination which will aim to identify the source of your problem.

Your physiotherapists will then deliver a programme of treatment tailored to suit your individual needs and lifestyle.

Treatment may include the following:

• Hands on manual therapy
• Joint manipulation
• Mobilisation of the spine and joints
• Massage and soft tissue mobilisation
• Trigger point release
• Acupuncture
• Exercise based rehabilitation
• Self management and preventative advice
• Electrotherapy techniques eg. Ultrasound/ Interferential.
• Shockwave Therapy

We specialise in hands on physiotherapy treatment and exercise based rehabilitation. In conjunction with this we may also use electrotherapy modalities to assist your recovery.
