Quality Assured Clinic

ProPhysio are proud to be assessed by Physio First on an annual basis and to have reached the required standards to be a Quality Assured Clinic.

For us, this means that our practices and procedures, patient care and recovery rates are continually monitored by Physio First and a team of analysts at Brighton University, to ensure that we not only meet the criteria but continue to improve year on year.

Regular reports of our performance are provided to us, so that we are able to constantly review and improve our service to our patients.  All this is, of course, in addition to the many courses attended by the physiotherapy team to update and maintain their skills and introduce new techniques and treatments as they are developed.

What it means to you, as our patient.

  • You will receive treatment which reaches, and in almost all cases exceeds, the national benchmark in physiotherapy practice.
  • Our physiotherapists are all registered on the scheme, and all have achieved this standard of excellence in his or her own right, as well as contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
  • We will ask you to help us by providing some information, anonymously, to the Physio First team via their website.  The questions posed are straightforward and aim to measure improvements in your physical and mental well-being as a result of your physiotherapy treatment.
  • QAC status is recognised by all the large insurers as a creditable measure of quality within the private physiotherapy sector.

If you have any questions about our new status, please do not hesitate to ask any member of the team.

Happy Customers

After months suffering with a damaged rotator cuff and a frozen shoulder I came to you, specifically Sarah. After several physio sessions and rigorously following her exercise advice I have finally achieved 99% normality of movement which has enabled me to swim using front crawl. Something I thought I would never be able to do again. Thank you so much.quote_close
