For us, this means that our practices and procedures, patient care and recovery rates are continually monitored by Physio First and a team of analysts at Brighton University, to ensure that we not only meet the criteria but continue to improve year on year.
Regular reports of our performance are provided to us, so that we are able to constantly review and improve our service to our patients. All this is, of course, in addition to the many courses attended by the physiotherapy team to update and maintain their skills and introduce new techniques and treatments as they are developed.
If you have any questions about our new status, please do not hesitate to ask any member of the team.
After months suffering with a damaged rotator cuff and a frozen shoulder I came to you, specifically Sarah. After several physio sessions and rigorously following her exercise advice I have finally achieved 99% normality of movement which has enabled me to swim using front crawl. Something I thought I would never be able to do again. Thank you so much.
