ProPhysio’s neurological Physiotherapist, Sue Forrest, is starting an exercise group for people with Parkinson’s disease. Exercise is really important for sufferers, not only for general wellbeing but the right kind of exercise can help to slow the progression of symptoms.
The class will be held on Thursday mornings at Hood Park Leisure Centre in Ashby de la Zouch - first session for each participant is free of charge.
